Change of Mind

Major Software Issues

Minor Software Issues

Termination of Purchase

Tutoring Session Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the deduction of the session fee. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Tutor Unavailability

In the rare event that your assigned tutor is unavailable for a scheduled session, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a time convenient for you. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund for the missed session will be issued.

Tutoring Session Dissatisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality tutoring services, but if you are dissatisfied with a session, please notify us within 48 hours. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, offer a partial refund or a replacement session, depending on the circumstances.

Termination of Tutoring Services

Exam Insights reserves the right to terminate tutoring services if there is a violation of our Terms of Use Policy during sessions. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the terminated sessions.
